Who can refer?
Current Hysopt users, employees at customer accounts, and past customers inactive for >6 months (referring a new employer). Partners are excluded from this program.

New logo: a company that isn’t a Hysopt customer.
Internal expansion: an existing customer adding net-new paid seats or an upgrade.
Business emails only. No self-referrals. We may decline contacts already in our pipeline (last 6 months).

What do we both get?
New logo: €200 to the referrer and €200 to the referred (choose e-gift card / donation or invoice credit).

When are rewards paid?
After the first invoice is paid for the qualifying purchase. We aim to issue rewards within 30 days. Refunds/cancellations void rewards.
Can I take a personal reward?
Yes—unless your employer or local rules prohibit it. In that case, choose invoice credit or donation. We include a simple compliance checkbox on the form.
Where is this available?
Worldwide, except where prohibited or where we can’t lawfully deliver personal rewards. If personal rewards aren’t available in your country, we’ll offer donation or invoice credit instead.
How is the referral tracked / who gets credit?
Your personal link carries hidden referrer ID/email into the form. The first valid submission we receive for the same person/company gets the credit (“first valid link wins”).
Any limits or exclusions?
Soft cap 5 rewards/year per referrer (we may approve more). No free-email domains. Partner-sourced deals are handled under partner agreements. Personal rewards may be taxable; see our full Terms & Conditions for details.
